What is it?

What is it?
Selections for the KUGB England Kata squad for anyone aged 13 and above. Those selected will make up the 2019 Kata squad and must attend all squad training sessions in Liverpool, as well as squad, regional and national tournaments.

What is it?
Selections for the KUGB England Kumite squad. Those selected will make up the 2018 Kumite squad and must attend all squad training sessions in Liverpool, as well as squad, regional and national tournaments.

Commences at 11am.

Brown and black belt KUGB members with an up-to-date KUGB licence, aged 13 and above.

What is it?
Kangeiko means "cold training". It is a week-long training programme to start the year with a high levels of effort, spirit and commitment. Each session is an early morning class that starts with a short outdoor run and is in addition to your normal classes. Everyone that completes an entire week of Kangeiko will be presented with a certificate at the end of the week, during a celebratory class which includes breakfast baps for everyone that takes part.

Sensei Sherry will be taking two classes (an all-grades class and a dan grade class) as well as a kyu grading.
