Congratulations to Adnan Mahmud, who earned a silver medal at the BKF International Open in Sheffield earlier this month!

Adnan competed in the under 21 -60kg kumite where, despite illness, he managed to fight is way to the final.

Adnan was also competing in the senior category, however wasn't able to continue, due to a heavy kick to the ribs, leading to a trip to hospital. We all wish him a speedy recovery.

This is the second tournament in a row where Adnan has reached the podium. We look forward to seeing a continuation of this form as we head towards the end of the year.
