In our final special seminar of the year on Sunday 1st December, Sensei Jimmy Brennan (8th Dan) led an excellent day's Karate, with three hours of expert instruction and a coloured belt grading for those eligible.

Following the first open grade class, 36 karateka did themselves proud in the culmination of 4 months of hard work - the kyu grading.  Well done to everyone that reached their next belt.

It was fantastic to see so many people training across the day, with over 60 people taking the opportunity to train with Sensei. We were delighted to welcome members from a number of clubs across the south west, including Bristol Shotokan, Tiverton and Somerset Ryu. Thank you all for supporting the event. And a big thank you to Sensei Jimmy Brennan for coming to teach us for the second year running.
