We're delighted to launch the next improvement for our Academy members: a bespoke new online area and new membership cards.

Those that have been to Karate in the last couple of months would have noticed that we've moved to a new membership system for the class register. But the changes are much more far-reaching than simply registering you for your classes.

NEW MEMBERSHIP CARDS

Bye bye tatty cardboard, hello modern new membership cards! We've replaced our old style cards with new plastic ones that will fit in your wallet or purse.  Not only do they look much smarter but they'll also save you and us tie when registering you. You'll be checked in with only two clicks of a barcode scanner.

We've now started rolling them out, so join the 100 members so far that have already had their photos taken and started picking up their new cards from Wednesday onwards.

NEW ONLINE MEMBER AREA

With immediate effect our members are able to track how they're progressing towards their next grading and more besides, with our custom-built member area.
  • See how many sessions you've completed since your last grading.
  • Receive feedback straight to your own 'My Grading' page.
  • Receive permission to grade by email and through your Member Area.
  • Take a look at your grading syllabus.
  • Review your membership level and options.
  • Update your contact details and change your profile photo.
  • Keep your KUGB licence is up-to-date - apply online and upload a photo of your latest licence.
