Congratulations to all those that completed their Warrior Level 1, 2 & 3!
Congratulations to our eight valiant Warriors for completing their beginner course on Friday 7th December! The final class was the culmination of 12 week's hard work, which saw them get to grips with the basics of Karate and have plenty of fun along the way.

The Warriors class is Bristol Karate Academy's youngest group, with the course specifically designed for children aged 5-7. And this latest edition of the course saw six children join for the first time. By the end of the 12 weeks it was fantastic to see everyone able to punch, block, kick and take part in partner work - congratulations! Congratulations especially to Phoebe, who passed her Level 3 and now steps up to our general classes, where she'll join children that have previously been on the same course as her.

We're pleased to see many of our Warriors carry on right through the grades as they get older and - in particular - just last week we were delighted to see one of our former Warriors becoming the very first to go from this course right the way through to black belt. Well done, Liam!

Thank you once again to our team of volunteers that make sure the children that take part get plenty of attention, help and support.

Registration is now open for the Winter/Spring 2019 course, starting on Friday 11th January at Backwell Parish Hall. Classes run for 12 weeks and have a week's break during North Somerset half term. If you know a child that would like to join in then get in touch! Use the form on our Warriors page to submit an enquiry.
