This year we'll be holding our second annual kangeiko! Kangeiko means "cold training". It is a week-long training programme to start the year with a high levels of effort, spirit and commitment to the dojo. It will also help you to build resilience and mental toughness.

We delayed our kangeiko this year in the hope that we could run the event face-to-face. While this wasn't possible, instead of cancelling it we'll be holding an online version instead. So what's in store this year?

This year's kangeiko runs from 15th - 19th February. Training starts a little later than last year, but it's still an early start. This year, instead of a 7-day kangeiko we'll be training Monday to Friday, 6.45-7.45am. Anyone that completes the full week will be awarded a special certificate.

Kangeiko is a wonderful challenge to bring us together during challenging circumstances for everyone.  Not many people will pick up the challenge, but you’re not like other people. Seize the opportunity and join us for Kangeiko: Special lockdown edition!
