Missing the chance to chat before and after training?

This Friday night, after the brown and black belt class, we'll be taking first orders at our virtual pub, The Bruised Arms.

You don't need to register in advance, just turn up on the day for a drink and a chat. Join us from 9pm for a drink or two, whether you're drinking a lime and soda or something a bit harder for the adults.

Future opening times will be advertised in our weekly All-Academy emails and also on our ‘members only’ Facebook page. Pub Quiz anyone?

A CHANCE TO WIN A DRINK ON THE HOUSE!

As landlords of The Bruised Arms, we get to set the rules. The first is that we’ll be offering anyone that plans to join us for our opening night the chance to win a drink and some bar snacks. If you want to be in with a chance to win then either click the ‘enter’ button in your email or let us know by replying to the post in our private Facebook group. The deadline is 10am on Wednesday 4th November!
